What is the Template Gallery?
The Template Gallery is a collection of pre-configured document templates designed to help you create business contracts, agreements, invoices, and more—without starting from scratch. These templates come with built-in field mappings, making document generation seamless and efficient.

- Save Time – No need to upload or configure templates manually.
- Pre-Built Smart Forms – Ready-to-use templates with field keys for auto-fill.
- Organized by Category – Easily browse and find templates based on industry or document type.
Navigate to Template Gallery?
There are two easy ways to access My templates:
- From the Header – Click the Template gallery at the top of the page
- From the Menu → Click your Profile avatar, go to Resources, then select My templates.
Key Features
Browse & Find Templates Easily
- The gallery is organized into categories such as Business, Individual, and Real Estate.
- Templates are available in multiple languages (e.g., English, Vietnamese).
Filter & Sort for Quick Access
- Sort templates by popularity or newest first.
- Filter templates by language (English, Vietnamese, or both).
Explore Template Sets
- Clicking on a category reveals template sets (e.g., Employment Contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Service Agreements).
- Each template set contains one or more templates designed for a specific purpose.
Preview & Select Templates
- Click on a template to view details, including:
- Description – Explains the template’s purpose and use.
- Preview of the template.
- How to use template.
- Templates in the same set.
- Choose a template and start creating documents immediately.
